I'm assuming you're referring to the rock on the other side of the sinking bones. You must grab the bomb and run to the of the bones. DO NOT step on the bones. Point the wii remote at the floor then swing up to roll the bomb across the bones. it will explode and open a new path for you.

I recently started playing Skyward Sword & when I got the sword of the godess I didn't have my training sword. So I don't think you get to have multiple swords.
