No. Rediculous as it sounds , its true. You can't save your game position in this game console ported game. This is very bad news if you suffer from simulation sickness. The new cloud feature will only save your game settings, nothing else. You can only choose which map to start from.

there is no way to save a l4d2 campaign half way through, on Xbox 360. you must compleat it from start to finish, it auto saves at the end. you can sart mid campain but you will not receive an achivement for finishing it unless you start at the start.

it saves automatically so you don't have to worry about it but if you return back to the menu when you are playing a game, you have to select that campaign and exact level if you still want to play it later.

On the steam version type enable the "Steam Cloud" so you save achievements on your computer and other computers (achievements are saved on your account)
