How do you save in silent hill shattered memories?

The only available way to save on RE DS is to find the type writer.The only way to save it,is with a ink ribbon which you can find everywhere.The common place you can find a type writer is in the first floor mansion hall. where you start out in.

In order to save Richard, you must get the serum. The serum is located in the mansion drug room. In order to get there, you must turn left and go through the door. Go straight down the pathway and go through the double doors. Then, go up the room and go through the door. Go up the hall, eliminate some Zombies and go downstairs. Immediately, turn right, eliminate the zombie and go through the door. Check the shelves with bottles on it. You will get the serum. Hurry back to Richard and give it to him. Unfortunately, I have some bad news for you. He still ends up dying. However, you can save him with Jill in Rebirth mode. You can figure out the rest from there.

you have to find a tengu mage. he will ask you if you want to teleport to another tengu mage or save your game. click save game and when you turn it off you will start at the tengu mage you last saved from

Buy something for five star coins or complete a tower or castle. The tower or castle can re one you have already completed and the you replay it. At the end, it will ask you if you want to save.

Throughout the game you'll come across so called "Save Rooms" inside these rooms are no zombies or other enemies, and you'll usually find an Item Box as well nearby. These rooms can also be recognized by its own unique tune. The only exception to this is the big main hall in the Police Station when you first enter, there'll be a Typewriter to Save, but no Item Box just yet. (It's in one of the other rooms connected to it).

When you do come across these, you'll need an item called "Ink Ribbon" to actually use the Typewriter. These are pretty much always near the Typewriter itself. Becareful though, you don't have an infinite amount of these, so always choose wisely when you Save and don't waste them.
