In each profile there is a "save" directory with an "autosave" subdirectory. If your character's name was, for example, "Muhammad", the full directory tree would be Call of Duty 4\players\profiles\Muhammad\save\autosave. I have my game installed in a nonstandard location, but I believe the standard tree above "Call of Duty 4" is C:\Programs\Activision\Call of Duty 4, but it shouldn't be hard to find with Windows' search tool.
