How do you see a ghost on the sims 2 double deluxe?

Edit: I've only been playing for a few days but I've seen ghosts in the Goth house in Pleasantville and in the house I built for my first Sim which died and then scared the new family I moved in there. Also, if you want to get rid of a ghost, just delete its urn or tomb stone. You might want to keep that in mind since they will scare your Sims and that's not good for their mood.Other User: I think there is , trying searching for the cheat code on youtube . There might defitnely have some videos about it .Different User: What you do is you go to the Gothic place downtown, and there will be a few choices. One says Move tomb, the other says move all back home or says mourn. The slow way is to mourn them for a very long time, but the fast way is to move them all back home then they will come out at night. But be careful, they arent your friends! You cant interact with them but they can haunt your sims and go through your fridge and steal food. So you do not want them to stay anywhere near your sims. If you want them to leave you alone, delete there tomb stone and they wont come back again.

Yes, well it doesn't really bring them back to life but it get Sims from all over to be able to be in your family. This cheat is boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Then shift click on your sim and there should be an option of TOMBSTONE of L and D. Then after you click on that there is a tombstone that appears on the ground close to where your sim is standing. On that tombstone there are tons of options on it. One of those options is add neighbor to family. Then the name of your deceased sims should be on there. Another way, pull up the cheat box by holding down (shift click c) with out the parenthesis. NOTE: You MUST be in the neighborhood or else this cheat will not work. type in boolpprop testingcheatsenabled true. After, go to the family you want to play. Hold down the shift key and left click on the newspaper, then click adult jobs rewards, then find paranormal and click on it. Go to your sim and go to career rewards and there will be a resurrecting phone, call the grim reaper and get your family member back. Remember to pay the reaper over 4,000 or your sim will come back as a zombie.

Yes. As far as I know, you can either build walls around them, with just enough room for them to stand, or you can build a swimming pool, make them get in it, take away the stairs, and keep them in there until they tire and die.

If one of your beloved Sim (or hated) passes away by brutality (not by natural causes like old age) The ghost of that Sim will appear at the place of his/her death. But Beware! These Sim ghosts are deadly... if they are in the same room as another living Sim they scare them. Chances are the scared Sim will die of fright.

The best way to avoid the ghost's deathly wrath is to use the cheat:

moveobjects on' - this means you can pick up anything in buy mode. (to put the cheat bar up you hold ctrl + shift + c ) build a regular foundation and if your ghostly friend appears, pick them up and place them on the foundation. Strangely they can't harm your Sims from there! Your ghost Sim should turn up almost every night to pay back the time you forgot to give them their mac 'n' cheese!

i know all the sim 2 ps2 cheats and unfortunatly there isn't a cheat. but u can kill ur self. a good way is to starve or make a room with a door, put a sim in there, then remove the door. that is a really good way and u can do it to as many sims as u want!

To see a ghost someone has to be dead on that lot and at night the dead ghosts walk around the lot until it wants to leave or until the morning.
