You will need 50% quest points done, as Silver Mary is a resident of Pirate Isle (she lives in the crossbones).
Drum:
Go to Xamba on Jungle Isle. He can make the drum for 6 ebony logs and 6 leather strappings.
French Horn:
Ask Xamba about a french horn. He'll tell you to go to the Tropicton bank and talk to the NPC. The NPC will say that her instructor is Grant, the banker in Wington. You can buy it from him for $500, or a new one for $5,000.
Hoop Skirt & General's Costume:
(Costume-Dress & Costume-Captain's Uniform will appear as names once in inventory.)
Go to Barb Sower in Shellton. She is the NPC that owns the Sewing Workshop. She will ask for a few different items. She'll tell you to visit the barn NPC in Shellton. He'll sell them to you for $500.
Paint:
You can go to Vern in Tropicton for the paint. You can get the 4 cans of white paint. Then go to Nicolette on Chillton. Ask her to make homemade paints. You'll need to go to the Appleton farrier and ask him about oxide. Buy or find 10 iron and copper ores and bring it back to Nicolette.
You have all the items!
You can now go back to Silver Mary and complete the quest!
To start the quest "Elowyn's Feathers", simply talk to Aislin.
Roses quest starts after you have done The shipwrecked sailor quest.... Its starts in the forest east of witherton on rider isle

At the bottom on the bottom left leg of Starfish Isle on the Beach.
On the small grass patch at the southern tip of Vine Isle.
Start the quest by going to Holli Daysin on Jungle Isle. She is the owner of the Inn
To start the quest go to Vine Isle. Then talk to the Dock Owner. (You will find that his name is Cap'n D) {Ruby}~{Palo}
