Okay, near the pirate pub theres a ship with a crane. Theres a box that says something How to Start a Cannon move behind it and push it to the ground that's where the cannon is (you might have to shift the box so its next to the cannon) you click it it'll go off and then you get a piece of the map. On the mainmast to the left, under the flag, is the Cannon Starter Kit. On the way back down, shove the small barrel of explosives off the mast, to the left, then down into the water. Placing it under the Golden Tooth, then shooting it, will reveal the hidden map piece.
