it a Little hard to explain but i will try my best you have to go up to the fan area and you kill the fire salamander and you have to look up and you will see a little hole you use your grapple and try to get to the top once you get there and you will see a handle you use your grapple and grab onto it once your on it you have to use your metal boots or it wont work once you do that the fan will stop and a path will open but its only going to get harder from there
