Galaxy on fire. More customisation, more ships, cool addons, lots of freedom, easy to use controls, voice acting... The list goes on! Galaxy Phantisy has restrictive controls that reduce freedom. Instead of flying your ship wherever whenever, you only have a forwards and backwards button. Whilst you can also edit your ships weapons and modules, nothing is visible like GOG which kinda takes away the satisfaction and overall feel. The storyline is good though, and there is a better "fleet/squadron" feature than GOF This is coming from somebody who has played both. Get GOF2 if you only get one. Enjoy :)
