How do you talk on league of legends?

In order to chat with your team one must simply press the enter button in order to bring up a dialogue box in which you can type. Just press enter again when you're ready to send the message and it will display for your teammates.

"All Chat", which enables you to talk to the other team, must be enabled. Or at least that's how it used to be. Then just press 'Enter', and type.

Click Enter while In-game to open the chat window. Type your message, click enter again to send. To send to all teams, Shift-Enter, type message, enter.
