You will need some fish, when you find an ocelot in the jungle or near the jungle you select the fish and have it in your hand you then stand near the ocelot with the fish and don't move. The ocelot should slowly come to you, you then right click on the ocelot. You might have to do this a couple of times with more than one fish. Tip: you can also breed cats (tamed ocelots) with right clicking two cats with two fish.
