How do you teleport on Poptropica?

You can't teleport anywhere. You can use magic to teleport with law runes:

Lvl 25-Varrock (1 law, 3 air, 1 fire)

Lvl 31-Lumbridge (1 law, 3 air, 1 earth)

Lvl 37-Falador (1 law, 3 air, 1 water)

There are also other members only teleport spells. Some items such as the Skull Sceptre can also teleport you to certain places.

Only Jagex mods can teleport anywhere by using special codes

There are a couple of locations, but it is not a general power you can use.

24 Carrot Island

When you first enter the Processing Room, you are teleported by the robot guard to the Freezer Room. Cut the 3 wires on the security system box there, then go back to the Processing Room

Spy Island

When you rescue the three spies and enter the satellite control center, entering the three passcodes will activate the transporter to the satellite: Laser (enter), Hair (enter), Removal (enter).

Astro Knights Island

You automatically teleport back to the Pewter Moon if your Astro Zone spaceship is destroyed (by aliens, Space Sharks, or asteroids).

There are two types of teleporting on Poptropica. # Time travel using the time device on Time Tangled Island. # Putting in the three passwords on Spy Island (Laser, hair, removal) to teleport to the B.A.D. laser satellite, where you defeat their nefarious plan.

You simply visit the eagles on eagle's peak with 1 rope per trip. You may travel to Trollweiss, Feldip, Uzer, or Karamja, But you must have done the quest Eagles Peak
