Raiden if you played story mode in mk9 he goes into a rage and threatens to "rip his flesh form your bones" before lui kang jumps on him.

I am sad to say that there may be no MK10, because if you do story line for MK9 (SPOILER) almost every Kombatant die. The only people who dont die are Quan Chi, Raiden, and Shinnok.

In my opinion I believe either one of them would be able to defeat Raiden however.
