How do you toggle connors hood in assassins creed 3 at the end?

I'm afraid you cant. Once the hood is down it stays down unless you replay a mission when it was up. Many people are contacting Ubisoft to ask them to patch this so hopefully it should be an option whether you want it up or down soon enough.
