How do you trade Pokemon from Pokemon pearl version to Pokemon LeafGreen?

Here are the steps.

1. You must have the National Dex. You can only get it by talking to Professor Rowan after seeing the 150 Pokémon that's in your Sinnoh Dex.

2. Once that's done, you must go to Pal Park. You can get there by heading down to Sandgem Town, then southwards then Surf onto the water and head east. You'll eventually run into an island to the north where the entrance to Pal Park is at.

3. You must insert a GBA Pokémon into the GBA slot of the DS whether the GBA game is Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Fire Red or Leaf Green.

4. Start your DS up, at the game menu it'll say "Migrate from (game name)" so select that. It'll take you into the GBA game's PC.

5. Now you must select 6 Pokémon from the game's PC. Once 6 have been selected, you must confirm once or twice.

6. Now start Diamond/Pearl up and head into the Pal Park. You must find the 6 Pokémon with the Pal Park, they can be in grass patches or in water patches depending on their species. Once you find them just throw your Park Ball and they're in your game. You must catch all 6 Pokémon in order to continue to migrate more.

7. Here are some other restrictions for Pal Park. You cannot migrate Pokémon that know HM moves or have mail attached to them. Also 7 Pokémon must be in the GBA game's game. Also you cannot select Pokémon from the GBA game's party.

8. And lastly - in order to migrate between games, both games must be of the same language so say you have an US Diamond and UK Englisn version of Ruby or Fire Red then you can migrate with those games but a Japanese Fire Red cannot migrate to a German or to a US Diamond game.
