How do you trade items in Pokemon sapphire?

There are different things you can trade;

To Trade Items:

1. Go to the main menu (both games)
2. Select "trade items" (both games)
3. Click on trade with Mystery Dungeon: Time/Darkness (sky)
4. Select send/recieve item (both games)
5. Trade your Pokemon!

To Trade Teams:

1. Go to the main menu and select trade teams (both games)

2. Click on via wireless connection (both games)
3. Select either send or receive team (both games)

4. Trade your team!
