There are many ways. One way, Go to the Pet Pavilion in Commons next to the Library. Another way is going to the Pet Shop at the Shopping District. You can also buy pets with crowns in the crown shop. One of the other ways is to fight bosses many of the main bosses drop pets. thhey are usually cool too.

You get a stray piggle first from a quest to go to pet pavilion.Then you could go to the shopping district to sell the piggle and buy a different pet. If you are luck, you can get your first pet, a myth Sprite after you defeat rattlebones. Good Day!

Yes you can transfer pets on wizard101.

all you have to do is get your pet and put it in your backpack and then go to your bank and move the pet(s) to your shared bank. Now on the same account go on another person the one you want your pets on to go to your shared bank and move it to your backpack and now your have your pet(s)

It's not possible. the only thing would to be to hatch a pet. you need to train your pet to adult to hatch. or there is another way........ if you are a member and member only! you can go into test realm and get into you dorm room the doorm must be empty. get you friend thats also in test realm to go in there dorm room empty. get out a pet but don't! place it. port to your friend with the pet still not placed. and at the last second before the screen changes to your friends doorm place the pet! this will take more than one try! also it has been done before. to find out more look up on YouTube how to trade pets.
