How do you turn off bad words in any halo games?

Well, honey, in most Halo games, you can usually find the option to censor bad words in the settings menu under "Content Filters" or "Language Filters." Just toggle that bad boy on, and you should be good to go without all the colorful language. Just remember, even with those filters on, there's no guarantee you won't still hear some colorful language from those pesky online players.

You can't, it is a mature game and naturally has a few swear words, but they aren't bad, I'm Halo's biggest fan and I know that the only swear words are b*stard and c*ap etc. Nothing terrible, and they rarely show up. If you don't want any swearing at all, play PG or G games, until the person is old enough to play M/MA games. Though, Halo Wars is is PG, and contains no swearing, and is fun to play.

Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST are PG.

Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo: Reach and Halo: CE Anniversary are MA.
