You can't. The moment you turn it off, Maplestory recognizes it as a hacking attempt, and shuts down itself.
Edit: Actually, you can disable hackshield by making a hackshield bypass. In order to create it, you will need to know how to reverse engineer a program. Alternatively, there are several sites that host full hackshield bypasses. Getting one for free might be an issue for you, though.
