How do you unblock communications on xbox live?

In order to unblock your console fron xbox live you will need to get an unlock dongle, the following eBay item did the job for me, 160381851061. Without changing the motherboard there is no other option that I am aware of to get back on xbox live without getting another console.

You have to wait until your suspension is up or if your received a permenant ban from Xbox LIVE you can create another account seeing that you obide by the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct and Terms of Use. If your received a console suspension those are finale and cant be unbanned.
