How do you unlock Spider-Man on marvel superhero squad?

all you have to do is find the 6 tokens with Spiders

(silver surfer-when you get to the blue crystals, go to the lower left corner, where yo enter)

(thor-on the street, behind the building in the lower part of the street)

(hulk-in a jail cell when you are trying to finish the level)

In "Wild Cards," in the hallway where Anti-Venom destroys everything Peter says to Miguel, "You know this time travel story of yours is gonna cost me my job." When you get to the end of the room, before you destroy the gigantic robot that is about to crush 2099, go to the right of the door, where there's a bunch of debris, and climb through a little opening near the ceiling. Drop down and you should see an opening to another room blocked by lasers. Use Peter's special move (the one you use by pressing L2) to get through the lasers and hack the computer with the red screens.
