Once CJ has bought this, he will get a phone call from Toreno telling him that he has to learn to fly, and instructing him on what he has to do to start these missions. The flying school will then be open to CJ to start the pilot's course. Once he has successfully completed all the lessons he will get his full pilot's licence.
