How do you unlock the Toad Fountain in Mario Party?

You cant unlock toad. You can only save him, when the Toads get taken away by J.Bowser's evil minions and get turned into question mark boxes. When this happens a Toad head will appear on top of a level button. Then if you start that particular level then you will hear Toad noises near question mark boxes, hit the box then Toad will jump out with a enthusiastic screech. Then you will have to carry him to the end on your shoulders. If Toad gets hurt and gets smaller and then you carry him to the end you will only get 1 life. If he was the same size he began with you get 3. Good luck!

You can't unlock bowser. But you can fight him. To fight him you have to beat him in story mode.
