To unlock the give thanks emote in RuneScape, you must complete a Thanksgiving holiday event. More accurately, the Thanksgiving event of 2008.
You unlocked it by doing the 2008 Christmas event. Unfortunately, if you didn't get it you will not get it now.
During Thanksgiving If You Killed A Turkey It Could Drop A Cornucopia Which Gave The Emote.
They can be attacked, and when they die, they will drop a raw turkey or a raw turkey drumstick. The turkey may also give you a cornucopia and unlock the new ''give thanks'' emote when it dies.

Go to the cook's brother on the first floor in the lumbridge castle. If you talk to him, he will tell you about turkeys and how they planned to ruin the dinner. The only problem is the turkeys are level 138. Accept his offer to help. After this he will teleport you to a pen full of turkeys. You drink a potion and it makes you do extreme damage like 171+. After slaying all the turkeys, you teleport back to Lumbridge and you earn the "give thanks" emote. The emote makes you flap your arms like wings, turn into a turkey and dance, then turn back into a human and flap your arms like wings again.
I'd like to know the same thing. Someone please give us answers. Thanks!
