How do you upgrade the grapple hook in legend if Zelda ocarina of time?

In "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time," the Grappling Hook is not actually upgradeable. Players obtain it in the Forest Temple as a tool for swinging across gaps and grabbing distant items, but it remains the same throughout the game. Unlike other items, it doesn't have any enhanced versions or upgrades. You can, however, find other tools like the Hookshot later in the game, which serves a similar purpose but with additional capabilities.
