I wouldn't recommend using a GameShark Code, but I can list several codes to substitute the ones you wanted to use:

NOTE: Do all these cheats at the Main Menu

Infinite Wumpa Fruit: (Hold L1+R1 while you do this) Down - Right - Right - Down - Down

Infinite Masks: (Hold L1+R1) Left - Triangle - Right- Left - Circle - Right - Down - Down

Infinite Turbos: (Hold L1+R1) Triangle - X - Right - Left - Left - Triangle - X

Super Turbo Pads: (Hold L1+R1) Triangle - Right - Right - Circle - Left

Invisibility: (Hold L1+R1) Up - Up - Down - Right - Right - Up
