In Marvel vs. Capcom 3, alternate finishers, known as "Hyper Combos," can be executed by performing specific button combinations during gameplay. Each character has unique Hyper Combos, which can be activated when you have enough Meter (typically 1 or more bars). You can also use team Hyper Combos by having your partner assist, allowing for powerful combo sequences. To use them effectively, practice the input timing and learn when to best integrate them into your combos for maximum damage.

It depends on your playing style, but use Sentinel ASAP. I also recommend Dante.
It depends what characters you're good with, but everyone's good with Sentinel. He's is own team. I prefer to use Dante, Sentinel, ans X-23, but anything with Dante or Sentinel works for me.
some do but others use normal moves

Stand right in front of your opponent to use S.O.S.

The original answer is below me. Nintendo asked Capcom for permission to have Megaman in Brawl. There are rumors that they asked for Zero as well, if not as a character then as an assist trophy. Nintendo had already gotten a lot of progress on making Megaman's character for Brawl, but were suprised when Capcom refused to allow them to use Megaman or Zero in the game. SSBB is solely a Nintendo game. With the exception of Snake and Sonic, there are no other third-party characters (including Capcom characters)
