How do you use cheats on the sims 2?

First you press control+shift+c all at the same time, and a little box will appear at the top of you're screen. Then you pick the cheat you want to use and type it into the box.

A really good cheat to get money, is to type 'Motherlode' and press enter. If you have done it right, you'll get 50,000 simoleons!

when you have your cheats (you must have the g-nome cheat) go onto the sims2 ps2, go onto a file when your playing the game press start, then enter the g-nome cheat this cheat might not always work so just keep trying until it does, when you have the g-nome ( it will be in front of your house) enter a cheat on the pause menu then go onto the g-nome menu (click on the g-nome) and click the cheat you want, hope this helps
