To use Dolphin GameCube on a Mac, first download the latest version of the Dolphin emulator from the official website. Once downloaded, drag the Dolphin application to your Applications folder, and then open it. You’ll need to configure your game settings and controller preferences. Finally, load your GameCube ROM files through the emulator to start playing.
No. Normal DVD drives are incapable of reading Gamecube discs.
Dolphin runs on Mac OS X, though I don't think there are currently any official packages available, so you have to compile it yourself.
Dolphin is the best by far, but there are not many Gamecube roms (ISOs)
No because the Dolphin Emulator is for Gamecube and Wii games. With a hacked Wii/Gamecube you can load up a homebrew emulator which is the VBAGX which is essentially no different than the Visual Boy Advance emulator for PC/Mac. If you want to load GBA roms download the Visual Boy Advance emulator.

The "best" GameCube emulator is currently Dolphin. It can run most games at 50% of actual speed, with limited sound capability.
Yes, there's a GameCube emulator called the Dolphin. Although, you'll need a pretty powerful computer to use it - the games won't play well otherwise.
