The "games.ini" file for Hitman: Blood Money is typically located in the game's installation directory. For most users, this can be found in the folder where the game was installed, often in "C:\Program Files\Hitman Blood Money" or a similar path. If you installed the game through a platform like Steam, the file might be in a subdirectory under "Steam\steamapps\common\Hitman Blood Money." You can search for the file directly in your system if you're unsure of the location.
