How do you use eyes of ender in minecraft?

You have to go to the Nether (a.k.a Hell) and Get a blaze rod then go back to the real ream and find a slime and take the blaze rod and slime ball and put the in your crafting tabe (four space) to make a magma cream and then i think you take your Ender Pearl and the magma cream and the you have an Eye Of Ender.

Eyes can be used to activate End Portals by being placed into empty End Portal Frames until the entire ring of 12 frames is filled (built as if a Nether portal), thereby activating the End Portal. If you're referring to minecraft, it's not possible yet. The Minecraft version of Xbox 360 is a few updates behind the PC version. Throwing the eye of ender probably won't happen for another few months.

you throw them and then it should lead you to a stronghold and with 12 left you fill the end portal frames. once done, jump in the portal. then you can fight the ender dragon
