To use the system link feature in Red Faction, connect multiple consoles to the same local area network (LAN) using Ethernet cables or a network switch. Minecraft does not have a build in teamspeak system. If the server you are playing on is using a "faction" mod then the mod may use "/f c" to turn on faction chat. "/msg name message" can also be used to send private messages to a certain player. P.S. This is what it is for my faction mod.... Sorry if it does not work on your server.
