How do you use spray in GTA San Andreas PC?

drive your car into a paint'n'spray (spray can on the map) and you will :

1. lose your wanted level,

2. repair your car,

and 3. get a new paint job.

but i also believe that you can add detail to the paint job by going to the wrench on the map.

you will find gang tags aim at them and press fire it will be sprayed. u can also kill people by spraying them for sometime.
