The hovercraft is in the attic of the Mill. To get it, pull the short rope in the mill loft, then go outside and turn the windmill arms counter-clockwise to open the roof dome. Add manure to the hovercraft, and it will go directly to the swamp (the only place that it works).
The hovercraft (hover board) runs on manure, so get some from the farm and add it. The hovercraft will go directly to the mud swamp, which is the only place it will work.
Once you have opened the attic dome, you can add manure to make the hovercraft work. To open the attic, release the gear lock and turn the windmill arms counter-clockwise.

The crashed saucer Excalibur is in the mud swamp right of the Mill. Use the hovercraft to reach it, and get a new green fuel rod to power it up. The coordinates for the saucer are on the missing page of Mordred's Journal (under his bed). (see the related questions)
Opening the roof dome of the mill, you will find the hovercraft (hover board) that can take you out into the mud swamp. It runs on manure and when you add some, it will take its place automatically at the swamp, and cannot move anywhere else. (see related question)

the fuel rod is used 2 make the hovercraft work in the mud by the rumor mill go in the top of the mill by making the propellers of the mill go (they spin counterclockwise) then jump on the crft and go!
You can reach the crashed saucer excalibur by getting the hovercraft from the attic of the Mill (which runs on manure). You will need to replace the broken green fuel rod in the saucer, and then enter the coordinates from Mordred's missing journal page (X-56 Y-52). (see the related questions for each)
