In the end of Naruto, Sasuke is stronger, but in shippuden, although Sasuke beats Naruto, it is only because Naruto doesn't try, Naruto refuses to fight Sasuke seriously due to their history as team mates. In the current manga, it seems that Naruto has grown very strong and could possibly beat Sasuke.
