Go to the outpost by the name of the 'Marketplace' - which is south of Kaineng Center.
Outside the west gate of the Marketplace is an explorable area known as the Kaineng Docks.
Talk to First Mate Xiang, and ask him to take you to Seitung Harbor.
Head out the west gate of Seitung Harbor, up the Saoshang Trail, in to the Monastary Overlook and in to Shing Jea Monastery.
