Well first the sim that will be getting pregnant has to have a 70 or plus relationship with the other sim that they are going to be doing it with. Then you also have to have a double bed. If all of that stuff is done get both of the sims to relax on the bed. The click in the other sims( Not the one that you are controlling) and click try for baby. If that isn't avalible click cuddle and click again and see if it is there. If it's not then you need t work on the relationship between the 2 sims.
