The beta begins on May 3rd. Bungie says it will last as long as it needs to last for them to collect the data they need and then it will last until it comes out
No there is only one Halo Reach. Other editions in the Halo saga include Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo Wars, and Halo ODST.
Its over
There was never a beta for Halo 4.
if you bought Halo:ODST, you get the ability to play the beta for the Reachs multiplayer. Basically what that means is they open up the multiplayer service for the new game, and let people play test the game before it launches, and by doing that they can iron out any bugs that may be in the game.
The Halo: Reach beta will be available May 2010 so long as you own a copy of Halo 3: ODST you will be eligible to take part. It's out. All u have to do is: Put Halo 3 odst's campaigne disk in, from the main menu go to play beta, download the beta, then start it up.
No there will not be ba beta for Halo 4.
it will last until halo reach the game comes out from September to December
A Beta is a demo of a game released to show gamers the extent of the game. Most Halo titles have had Beta demos such as Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo Wars and the new Halo Reach Beta which comes out on May 7th, 2010.
The Halo reach beta will be out until May 19th, 2010. As far as I know the game will come September 1st (source: Game Informer Magazine).
there is no beta
To get a Halo Reach beta code you would've needed to buy a copy of Halo: ODST. It's too late now, as Halo: Reach has been released and the beta is over.
Halo Reach is essenetially Halo 4, but it is based before Halo CE (Halo 1). It is due to come out in Autumn (Fall) 2010. The beta is a multiplayer test of the game by owners of Halo 3: ODST and will begin on 3rd May 2010. There were also similar beta tests for Halo 2 and Halo 3. Halo 3 beta contained only matchmaking and 3 maps: Highground, Snowbound and Valhalla. Thus I expect the Halo Reach beta to be similar.
