2. Cargo Master (at Willard's Warehouse in Bouffant Bay; 15,000 doubloons) increases any ship's cargo capacity by 50%.
3. Navigator (in Petey's Pub in Parrot Port; 12,000 doubloons) increases your sailing speed.
4. Cannoneer (at Corsair Cannonry shop atop the Pirate Outpost; 20,000 doubloons) lets you fire your cannons faster (reloads on impact).

Once you leave your hot air ballon go to Stinky Tims's General Store and get the broken mirror to the left and then go to the woman on the covered bridge all the way to the right and click on her (arrow) she will tell i should have saved my wish. Go down to the rocky sand pit below the bridge and go left, you will see a gold doubloon, grab it and go to Stinky Tim's General Store and buy chicken feed all the way to the left on the shelf,give it to the man by your hot air ballon who needs feed for his chickens. He will give you one of his chickens as a way of sayong thank you. Go back to where you saw the lady who dropped her doubloon and keep going right. Talk to the man with the bug infestation and give the chicken to him.

Keep going right and jump down the sandy ledge and talk to the lady. She will say "My husband is lost at sea! He hasn't come back and I need something to signal him back to our island. Go up to the mansion and go right and talk to Mayor Ridley and he will ask you if there is a way to read the faded text give him the blue candle the man that you gave the chicken to gave to you in return and read the text. Then go to the top of the tower by going left again and look for the boat in horrible shape and use the broken mirror to signal the boat back and you will receive the boat and your crew and then ahoy matey!

and then defeat some ships to get doobloones and then

hire all the crew. the cheapest crew member is the navigator for

15,000 doobloones the rest are 20,000 doobloones.
