How many vehicles can you keep in one hideout in GTA IV?

There is a Sultan RS that respawns on GTA IV. This vehicle can be found well hidden behind the old garages/sheds in the grounds of the ruined mansion in Westdyke, Alderney. This is the old mansion that Niko drives the hijacked van full of coke to for Phil Bell. It is in the north of Alderney and the track leading to the old house is just over the road from the Burger Shot there.

Regarding the cars Niko has to find for Stevie (there are 30 of them), Stevie will text Niko with a location and photo of each vehicle.

You should be able to keep at least two vehicles on the parking spot outside of each of the safehouses, and you can still use the parking area outside the apartment in Broker even after that apartment it is destroyed by fire.

Please note, there is often complaints about a glitch outside of the Alderney safehouse, in that if you park two cars, one does disappear. I have personally kept a car with a motorcycle parked right beside it, and they have stayed there. If I park behind the car, one vehicle disappears!
