Great question. By default, 4 megabytes of ram. If you are an extreme gamer, like myself, you could spend about $5-$10 on an expansion pack to double it to 8 megabytes. You will be able to tell a huge difference in the graphics with the expansion pack.
Hope this helps.

RDRAM (rambus dynamic RAM) was first developed for the Nintendo 64.
64 bits.
$199
4MB
A used Nintendo 64 goes for about 30 to 40 bucks in good condition.
64 MB.
Nintendo 64
Probably 15$
The 64 was the graphics of the game console. In other words, the Nintendo 64 had 64 bits.
I can't really help you much on this but there was a really annoying Christmas ad. If you search "Nintendo 64 Christmas commercial" on youtube you can watch it.
Some games use it to improve graphics, as a memory expansion pack doubles the available RAM in the 64. There are games that require it, such as Majora's Mask and Donkey Kong 64.
The Nintendo 64 like all Nintendo consoles were created in Japan.
