Sharpness is an enchantment applied to swords. It increases the amount of damage done by a sword, and with a diamond sword at sharpness V it can pretty much kill an unarmored player in one hit.
It makes it so you won't take as much damage when you take fall damage.
The highest enchantment for anything is a level 30. Level 30 enchantments are usually very high and very good.

You can't really give a precise number of xp per hill giant, because everyone will deal a different amount of damage to a hill giant. Which means the xp will vary, so it depends on your level, and how much damage you can deal. I hope that has helped.
The creature itself doesn't give experience but the damage you do is calculated into experience using an equation depending on the type of attack.
a joy ribbon is a ribbon that you give to a pokemon.when the holder takes damage the number of damage you took is how much EXP points you get.:D -PikaHelper!

Disenchanting an item just lets you learn that kind of enchantment. That enchantment's strength, when you enchant an item, depends on your Enchant skill, it is not the same strength as when it was on the item you learned it from. So if you disenchant an item that boosts Smithing by 30, then all you learn is the 'Fortify Smithing' enchantment. When you yourself enchant an item with it, the boost will be different. It may be much lower than the original item it came from, it might even be higher if your Enchant skill is 100 and you are boosting it further using equipment and potions.
The amount of combat experience you get depends on the amount of damage you cause. Every time you hit another player or an NPC, you get experience according to this damage - not just when you kill him.
It depends on where the damage is and how much damage there is. Some problems can be corrected with medications or surgery. If the damage is too severe some patients have to have a transplant or there is nothing that can be done for the patient. To give a true answer more information is needed.
