Generally the YMCA does not pay that much. It is about average compared to other jobs. If you have college education that you can be an instructor you may make more.
There is a very wide array of jobs in the media. The median salary would be around $50,000 to $80,000. Of course that means that some jobs pay much less and some pay much more.
A tech earns his pay. His skills of being a great problem solver brings a high pay. The tech that gets hung up solving problems tend to burn up too much repair time and earns a reputation of being slow. This will bring him well below the good tech and his pay check will suffer. Glenn
