How much do professional Counter-Strike players make?

This really depends on which league they play in and what team they play on. Somebody who plays on fnatic will get more than somebody that plays on Denial. The deciding factor will be how famous they are and how well they do on tournaments.

Most teams will split the money between 5 team mates and the manager. (6 people) The price pools range from 1,000-250,000. They also have sponsorships Komplett,Eizo,Crucial,Steelseries etc.

If they are well known they will most likely also have YouTube accounts and twitch accounts. With these accounts they can also make money off of ads. (With the publicity already there, its not hard to get viewers.)

That being said my guess is that they make somewhere between $50,000-$150,000.

Most likely in the $80,000 range, which is good for just sitting around and doing the thing you love most.
