The DS screen is cheaper. but you need to play some oney for the repair operation. for a normal people, it is not so easy to replace the DS screen. You should go to some special store for help.

aw, did u break ur screen? unfortunatly, u cant take a broken ds to GameStop to repair it. depending on what state u live in, u have to buy a new ds :( im soooo sorry that's happened to me b4. I've had 4 DS's and now i have a DSi lol XD

last time my friendhad a 3ds and it broke.But when went to game stop they fix it for her when she came home she turn it on the screen was on and was , well happy or say praying to game stop and say thank you game stop.She might said it cost a little bit of 30,40,20,to 50,60,or 70 but sometimes they can fix everything dsi,will,xbox360,kind of everything if some thing broke they will fix it.

The DSi screen is very cheap. it is less than 10 USD. But you need to pay extra money for their operation. the totall cost will be 30 to 40 USD. if possible, you can replace it by yourself.
