No,but if you accidentally delete any of your DSi Ware, you can re-download the DSi Ware for free.
Well if it was available on DSi ware it would probably 3000 points (Which in real money would be £30) But it isn't available on DSi ware so I don't think it's too much to worry about.
No
You get some free points when you buy a DSi XL. same answer

dsi ware is just like the wii channels on the wii, theyre apps, or mini games/games. they are either FREE, 200, 500, or 800 DSi points (wii/dsi points, you can get from walmart) you can only buy 2000 point cards in the US for $20 100 dsi points = $1 in the US
You can download games and DSi ware from the DSi Shop that is found on the homepage of the NDSi console. However, you will need DSi points to purchase games and titles to download
No, think of the points as being like currency. Destroying the product you 'bought' with the points, in no way means those points shall be refunded. Also, even if you delete the game from the DSi, it still has a purchased status on the DSi store, allowing you to redownload it.
The 3DS doesn't currently come with any preoloaded points for the DSi ware shop.
have internet and just press on it and press start shopping (on the bottom) and then press dsi ware and select the amount of points you can spend
First go to the dsi shop. Located on the dsi with a link with a shopping bag on it. You'll need to go through a couple things first. Then press something that says start shopping. Then press dsi ware or something that says dsi ware comes up. hmph god uhh hi
