If you are atheist or Buddhist then you believe in no god and therefore a god cannot be killed if he/she does not exist. Long story short, you cannot kill God so nothing would happen because it is physically impossible. In some religions gods have killed gods but mortals cannot kill gods so nothing would happen if you killed god because it wouldn't happen.
