As of 2014 none of the exact ages for the members have been officially given by square enix and/or Nomura. You can guess ages fairly well by their voices and appearances, I'd guess that Xemnas is in his late twenties- early thirties, Xigbar in his late thirties, and so on.
But to be even more accurate, we do know the characters appearances in Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep. Kh:BBS Happened ten years before the original Kingdom Hearts, and eleven years before Kingdom Hearts two. The only info that we can gather from this besides assumptions is the approximate age of Lea, Isa and Ienzo. Lea and Isa were most likely 14 in BBS (because that was the age of Sora in KH1) or possibly 15. 14 plus 10 = 24, so I would guess that in Days, Axel and Saix were 23-25. Ienzo was 8 in BBS, and 8 plus 10 = 18, so in Days, Zexion was surprisingly young. In Kingdom Hearts 3 I would take a wild guess and say that Lea and Isa will be 27- because it fits the math and is at the border of the fandom definition of "old".

Who is axel from Kingdom Hearts?
Axel is the VIIIth(8th) member from Organization XIII, Donning the title "Flurry of Dancing Flames", in the Kingdom Hearts game series. Sporting Red hair, green eyes, and purple upside-down triangle tattoos under his eyes and always seen wearing the Organization's trademark jacket. Axel, due to his skill, is usually sent out to be the assassin of the group. While int he Organization Axel 'befriended' Roxas and claimed that Roxas made him "feel like heart had a heart". Axel was sent to retrieve Roxas after he left the Organization but when the XIIIth wouldn't return, Axel was sent to dispose of him.
