When you are trying to find the Fire Temple as adult Link, a little goron will be rolling around. Pick up a bomb flower or use on of your own and bomb him. He will stop and talk you. Eventually he will give you the red tunic.

As adult Link, go to the guy in the windmill, and pull out your ocarina. He will teach you a song. Go back in time and come back to play the song for him as a kid. Then climb to the bottom of the well. (You have to be a kid to get in.)
