to me they are extremely rare, i have only gotten a gardevoir x in a booster pack but it was stolen! for 3 years now i have been collecting Pokemon cards and that was the only level x i have gotten! i ususallly trade for mine bcause i have terrible luck but my brother gets one in about every five packs and i get them about every 20!
